Hi, my name is
Backend engineer with 1.6 years of experience building production SaaS and real-time backend systems.Building realtime communication systems, backend orchestration, and production-grade integrations.
Optimized backend responsiveness using caching and asynchronous task processing.
Built real-time backend communication for AI voice workflows using WebSockets, streaming events, and low-latency service coordination.
Integrated SIP-based inbound and outbound virtual calling flows for automated voice interactions.
Designed background task pipelines, webhooks, and external service coordination across production systems.
LDT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED
VoiceQuik — A SaaS lead qualification system deploying web, voice, and WhatsApp AI agents to autonomously handle business calls and CRM workflows.
Built continuous audio streaming pipelines using persistent WebSocket connections between clients, backend services, and LLM providers. Integrated webhook-driven telephony flows, short-lived session management, transcript persistence, and asynchronous campaign execution for production workloads.
The platform also supports web and WhatsApp agents using the same orchestration layer, with transport and session handling varying by interaction channel.
Switched telephony stream encoding from PCM16 to G.711 μ-law to match network media expectations.
Integrated ElevenLabs TTS to improve conversational naturalness while preserving response latency.
Moved bulk campaign ingestion to Celery background workers to avoid blocking request paths.
Added tool-driven call control such as hang-up handling through session configuration updates.
Built scalable authentication and role-based access control for multi-role access management. Contributed AWS S3 document handling and audit logging to improve traceability and operational reliability.
Worked on AWS S3 document storage, global session handling, export functionality, and audit history tracking for operational workflows.
HELIOS TECH LABS
Worked on business workflow automation and reporting systems for clients across UAE, India, and the USA. Contributed to backend development, operational tooling, and financial reporting workflows.
In Progress
Orbit is a backend-first project management platform inspired by a problem I observed in small teams — bugs, ownership, and progress often being tracked through spreadsheets, screenshots, and fragmented communication. Rather than treating work as simple tasks, Orbit focuses on structured ownership, workflow state, activity history, and organization-level separation.
A full-featured blogging platform built to handle secure user authentication, complete CRUD operations for post management, and interactive user profiles with a built-in engagement system. The frontend was designed to be fully responsive, focusing on a clean UI and smooth dynamic interactions.
I enjoy building backend systems that need to behave reliably in real production environments.
My work has shaped the way I think about backend engineering — not only writing APIs, but understanding how services communicate, where latency appears, how failures propagate, and how systems remain maintainable as they grow.
I’m especially interested in real-time systems, backend architecture, asynchronous workflows, and designing software around clear ownership, state, and operational reliability.
If you want to talk about engineering ideas, or something interesting you’re building, feel free to reach out.
